These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, mobile applications, and coffee fundraising services operated by Rally Brews LLC ("Rally Brews," "we," or "us").

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, launching a fundraising campaign, ordering coffee, or subscribing to SMS alerts, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Fundraising Campaigns & Profit Payouts

Rally Brews LLC provides digital tools for youth sports, schools, and organizations to conduct contactless coffee fundraisers. Organizers agree to provide accurate organization details. Campaign profits (such as 50% for initial 7-day sprints and 20% for recurring coffee subscriptions) are remitted according to campaign schedules following order verification.

3. Text Messaging & Mobile Communications Program

Rally Brews LLC provides SMS/MMS messaging alerts to campaign organizers, participants, and supporters.

• Program Description: SMS notifications include campaign creation links, order confirmations, shipment updates, and team earnings alerts.
• Opt-In Consent: User phone numbers provided via sign-up forms are collected with express consent. Mobile information and consent data will NOT be shared with or sold to third parties/affiliates for marketing or commercial purposes.
• Cancellation (Opt-Out): You may opt out of receiving SMS communications at any time by texting STOP. After texting STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further text messages.
• Support: Text HELP for assistance or email support@rallybrews.com.
• Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Standard message and data rates may apply.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misrepresent your identity or organization, use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes, or disrupt platform functionality.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rally Brews LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
